- AMApril MMay 8, 20265.0I have a Volkswagen Atlas and normally drive 45 minutes to the VW dealership in St. Louis. That is going to change because of the wonderful gentleman at NTB in Alton. I came in today because the VW dealership told me that I desperately needed to have new brake pads and rotors installed. Due to the high cost that I was quoted at the VW dealership, I decided to see if NTB could do the work. I had been here about a year or so prior to have a battery replaced and they were fantastic, quick, professional and reasonably priced then. I had also come in a couple times to have a tire patched. Back to today - they got the tires off my vehicle and discovered that my brake pads and rotors were not only fine but in great shape. They had me come back to see for myself and took the time to educate me on the matter. As a single mom, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this level of care. Of note, I have seen them give the same care and attention to every single customer there. I will be going back to them for all maintenance from now on. They have proven themselves each and every time. Thank you Charles and team!
- SSStridexMay 8, 20265.0Went in at open in the morning with a piece of metal in my tire, asked them to remove it and if it caused the tire to go flat to fix the flat. It did not cause it to go flat. Very prompt service. Would go again.

Came here and they could not have been more helpful. Fixed tire QUICKLY. A month later I came back with another darn screw in a tire and they went above and beyond and fixed it.. No charge. Great people. Highly recommended.

A customer even delayed his appointment so they could check it for me. The manager and staff handed me the keys, no charge, said it was ready to go!
