The team was very responsive returning my phone call and getting me in early for a quick trade in. While it may have only been a few small extra steps for the team, those steps make all of the difference for a good experience.
- HOHoferin OmalaJul 28, 20261.0Not good! A roach crawled up my son's leg, so we checked the car ,had dead ones under the carpet yuck. Had to buy roach traps. Then the oil 🛢 light came on. He had to but a quart in it. And a few days later the engine light came on. Unbelievable!!! Aren't they supposed to take care of the cars before they rent them out? My son had that car do to a deer hiding his Car. They said they would reimburse him for the oil ,guess we find out. Not a good Experience 😕
