  Don't go here. Had a car booked for a whole month and they called 20 minutes before the pickup appointment time to say they had no cars. They sent us on a wild goose chase to two different enterprise locations. In the end they completely fell through and helped us in no way. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Their team is very unreliable from booking all the way down to in office I asked very specifically what all I needed for a rental and I brought what I was told would work. When I got there I was told it wouldn't work and they could not do anything for me. I traveled twice to this establishment to try and rent a vehicle. And both times was rushed out the door. I highly recommend finding another rental company. This place is a joke!

  Could give zero stars I absolutely would. I have been renting cars from this location for years now I have never had an issue until today. I went to return my car and because of the storms over the weekend they’re trying to tell me that this car has hail damage And that I have to file a claim with my insurance before they’ll close out the rental for me. The one visible mark is smaller than a dime, which falls under the size of dent and damage allowable. They were getting every single person returning a car to file insurance claims for this shit. What a racket I will absolutely never rent from enterprise ever again.

  I had a 2 day rental reservation get there to leave to Florida for a 15 hour trip for a very important business meeting well I get there with what I was told to bring driver's license insurance and $136.00 for the rental to be told i need a $300 deposit and a bill that I didn't have with me had to cancel the rental drive my fiance back home drive my jeep at the last minute to Florida made me 2 hours late to my meeting luckly I didn't lose my job but will never do business with them again definitely not recommended at all

  I loved the car rhat I was given to rent. When I got a flat tire they were very helpful and took care of it immediately. The only thing that I didn't like was that when the car got hail damage I had to claim it on my insurance. I was not happy about this because the car would've gotten the same damage on their lot as it did in my driveway. Other than that I was very happy with my rental. I will most definitely use Enterprise again in the future.
