We spoke with the associates at Enterprise twice and they never mentioned that we needed a credit card or utility bill to rent our van. We had to cancel our reservation the day before moving to Florida because of this. Our landlord pays the bills in his name and we couldn't get a credit card from the bank for four days. They wouldn't accept any of the utility bills that were in our name. I've never left a bad review before, but this was a terrible experience and totally ruined our trip.

I called another location. They didn’t have anything available by the time I called the third location they said yes they had a car available. I made the reservations upon arrival. The car was not available. It was not even there. Four hours later, I finally received the car however enterprise did give me a free day. But from this experience, it discourage me from wanting to rent a car through enterprise again
