    This is my go to enterprise location! The customer service is A+ with an exception of one time a female staff member hung up on me whether it was intentional or not I’m not certain. I would hope it would not of been intentional. Kevin is an outstanding branch manger and Cormac and Max provided excellent customer service skills when picking up and dropping off. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

    Over booked, offered other people next to me the option to switch. Only told me I can take this way smaller vehicle that’s a random color or can call other locations for more inventory. We have a corporate account that we use all across the country. Insane maybe it’s time to switch to turo.

    Always great to deal with. Only complaint is when i rent for a long time like 4 mths i get no special exceptional rate.

    In Chicago area and I tried to upgrade but with 4 different places and they wouldn't upgrade me. They said they were waiting for the weekend to see if people wanted the vans and larger cars for the lalapaloza
