  I got a set of 4 tires and alignment done and was here from 9:30am to 1pm. Came back for another alignment on my “unlimited plan” and these people do not respect the customers time as they keep double or triple booking and make you wait a crazy amount of time for something that should take less than half the time you’re sitting there. Driving away people spending good money! Respect people’s time and don’t give an appointment time when your car doesn’t get serviced till over 2 hours past the appointment time. RIDICULOUS

  The whole team at THIS Belle Tire is fabulous! But SANTOS is now my "I got a guy" guy. Rolled in there with a screw in my tread. It took less than an hour and they fixed it FREE. Who does this? I guess they've got MY business.

  Before I brought my rims and tires to be mounted and balanced at Belle tire, I called them and asked if they had a machine that could handle large rims and tires. My tires are falken wildoeak at4w's 35x12.5 and the rims are 20x9 KMC722. Both were brand new from tire rack. I dropped the tires off and came back an hour later and was told they were not able to balance the tires and were not able to provide a reason. I paid them for a liftime balance. Not thinking, I left. I called them back the next morning. Before identifying myself, I asked them what the cost to mount and balance my tires would be, they asked me the size and then a gave me a price almost 50% higher than I was originally quoted In the first call the day before. I the Identified myself and asked them to retry the balance with a different tech maybe or a refund as this was poor service. They agreed to both. Upone my return they tried to balance again but we're unsuccessful with 3 out of 4 rims and tires. I was denied a refund or any price reduction because the "labor". I did not receive what I paid for. Looking at my rims when I get them back home, they had been scratched repeatedly from the tech. I will upload photos I don't like to leave negative reviews, you can look through my Google profile and see that. -Inconsistent pricing, which felt more like them trying to see how much they could get you to agree to pay rather than a set standard, shady tactics. - untrained labor, failure to deliver agreed to services on perfect quality rims and tires - Damaged property, techs clearly careless in their removal of balancing weights - Refusal to refund or discount 0 out 5 stars
