- JCJohn Carlson1 day ago1.0Very disappointed they didn't know how to open the air filter box,and started hitting it to release,not knowing there where other screws and clips that need to be undone,the employees where rude and condescending,worst experience I have had with them. I will now be looking for a different place after 10yrs with them. They have let there qualify in service suffer by hiring unqualified people.

He did an excellent job keeping things running and keeping customers happy even though he was working alone with multiple cars. He is a great employee and made my experience smooth and pain free.

- DMDiane MahnAug 17, 20261.0Got oil changed, asked to check filter and was not put back on properly, was loose and another machanic from a different place advised my car was leaking oil. Been going to you for years, but probably will not go back due to bad experience of filter not put back on properly. Was not screwed back on and could have caused big damage to my car. Talk to your staff on filters. We were there on Saturday, August 8, 2026 morning around 11:00am. Very disappointed in the service. Did not know what to do. Again, I’m a return customer for years.
