Mastertek Auto Repair installed a new battery in my car and located the leak that flooded my front driver seat and saturated my carpet, and then delivered my car to the detailer who removed, cleaned and dried all the carpet, and washed and waxed the exterior. My 2013 Toyota Camry car looks NEW. THANK YOU MASTERTEK for facilitating this whole process!

Where to start? I’ve been a customer for about ten years and I cannot say enough about the quality of service they provide—whether it’s having my cars fixed or using them for used-car inspections. They have saved me on many occasions from buying a lemon, and I can always rely on them to fix our cars without having to worry about their work. Dave, Mark, and the gang are top-notch, and I would highly recommend them.

We took my husbands car here (Chevy Malibu) to get looked at when his check engine light came on, we had an idea about what the issue was, figured it would be a fairly straightforward fix since we had already gotten the code from autozone.. we dropped the car off early in the day and got an estimate several hours later for them to just take a look at the car without doing any repair was going to be almost $400…..uhh??? NO WAY. We came to pick up the car as soon as possible after finding someone to give us a ride and are taking it somewhere else. An entire day of our time, our family’s time driving us back and forth & not being able to use our car all day because of this place, I’m pregnant and don’t have the time or energy to deal with places like this. With prices like this might as well take it to a dealership. Called the person who recommended them to us and they also won’t be going back either. Yikes, don’t waste your time. EDIT to add: We took the car to another repair shop nearby and the issue was diagnosed AND repaired for $230.

Had an amazing first-time experience at this shop! My car had an issue with tail lights and was looking for appointments to get it repaired sooner. I was able to online and grab one next day, and went there as scheduled. They diagnosed and fixed it very quick. The staff was very friendly, professional, and the whole process is easy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quick helpful auto repair. I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have a Range Rover and was looking for somewhere local that I could trust with my car without having to drive all the way to the dealership. I found Mastertek and I’m SO glad I did! From the moment I brought my vehicle in, they were professional, honest, and incredibly thorough. They took videos and pictures of my entire vehicle and walked me through everything they found. They even took the time to let me know that everything looked great, rather than trying to sell me services I didn’t need. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that you can genuinely trust with your vehicle. I felt completely comfortable knowing my Range Rover was in good hands. I highly recommend Mastertek to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy, and quality service. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back!
