  The best experience I’ve ever had at a shop! Super friendly, super knowledgeable, super transparent; plenty of video clips and photos attached within the estimate demonstrating the problem with fair pricing to fix. Service was quick too! Looking forward to my next motor vehicle mishap!

  I don't often walk away from a shop excited about my experience, but Mastertek might have changed that. The online scheduling for an oil change was easy, I promptly received a call about adjusting the coupon pricing for the higher-capacity of my engine - and it was still below what I've paid elsewhere. At the shop, the counter service was friendly and the wait for the work was not bad at all. The (photographic, no less) inspection of the car was quite thorough and I was made aware of shorter & longer-term potential concerns with no pressure and no exaggeration. I'll definitely be back.

  As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m naturally a bit skeptical. The team at Mastertek has been incredibly thorough, not only providing pictures, text updates, and detailed explanations, but also taking the time to show me in person what needed to be repaired and why. They have been kind, honest, and considerate of both my financial situation and my work schedule, doing everything they could to work with me. Thank you for taking such great care of my car and for treating me with so much thoughtfulness and respect. I truly appreciate it!

  Great Auto Repair Business! Mike took care of our older 2002 Rav 4 that had transmission issues They diagnosed the issue, and it turned out just needed a change in trans fluid They are very honest and we trust them with our vehicle We will Always come back due to their honesty, personalized service and great knowledge of vehicles Thank you again Mike and Team!
