  i was there 02/21/2026 to get my suv washed and manger while cleaning wall dropped cleaning broom on my car and scratched the passenger side door and front panel and manger was rude and saying nothing happened and said to me broom never fell but when he looked the video he said it fell but did not hit my suv i have to involve addison police i am coming there before my kids born previous owner were very professional but this new management is con and no way to call them because that’s the company that doesn’t exist cause when i asked the manager the smart kid doesn’t know how to handle customer problems not very professional company cause someone don’t live in usa but owned a company how these thing works no idea and what direction america is going i only can say god bless america and i want to tell all paying customers u can go different car wash where they respect u and value your hard earned money i will not come there cause last week i had bad experience my plate don’t read by there state of art equipment and i try talking to female manager she was so rude cause there car wash guy gave my wash to someone else and gave me regular wash so when i try address to them they said i don’t pay for in membership when i try telling her she wants to see proof so she demanded me to see me bank statement so i showed there app where she see what i was paying monthly she didn’t even said sorry but acted that i was some kind criminal who try to con them so far my experience with this new management is bad and i don’t want spend my money where i get treated like this i can do better job washing my cars in home and i use to be car wash manager and when customers have problems i was there standing to help them and keep them happy because of that i made big clients that use to come there always till i left job for different company that car wash got closed cause manger after i left was not good as i was so owner of that wash to go out of business why i am putting this in my review so people can understand and get beware of it so make your own decision to go there and take risk with your hard earn money to spend there when u know that no respect for u and your car and they are not good at safety when car is on conveyer u don’t do cleaning it can be danger safety wise u don’t clean inside wall while cars are coming in and out of wash bay that means they are not training there employees how to safely do the job and i can understand since there is no company phone number or address it’s only web site i can imagine if this company don’t even exist or some one doing illegal business most likely they have business license on by paying phoney person to do i owned business and i have physical address and listed phone number to my company with legit company owner who live in usa and state where he owned his business license so be careful people?
