- ADAlexander Diazz3 days ago1.0I don’t want to be that guy, but I went in for an oil change today. The guy who helped me was very respectful and nice, so I have no complaints about his customer service. The only issue was that I was waiting for my turn, and another truck arrived after me. They started servicing the truck before mine without saying anything. Maybe they had an appointment or there was another reason, but no one explained it to me. I waited around 30 minutes, and eventually I decided to leave without getting my oil change.

Last year after an oil change a week after driving on the interstate my skid plate fell, we had to push it back up and since I was out of town I had to take it somewhere to get screws in it, then a week after that I noticed a smell and popped my hood to see my oil cap wasnt put back on!...I did go back a few more times and again this week driving home a few days after an oil change, my skid plate fell again on the interstate! Will not be back.
