  Terrible experience. Asked the employee if they did radiator flushes. He said yes it would take approximately 20 minutes and be $149.95. Perfect I’ll take it after waiting 20 minutes for the guy in front of me to get done. I pull in after 45 minutes of waiting they still hadn’t gotten any Antifreeze out of the radiator because of their machine being a big POS. I asked them to top everything off to make sure that it wouldn’t overheat and I left. Zero communication from any of the employees during that 45 minutes. I had to ask about everything that was going on absolute train wreck of an experience and I had been a customer there with four other cars that I had owned will not be back terrible terrible terrible.

  Absolute 10 stars if possible this store is amazing! All staff members each time I have been here to have full service have been phenomenal 😊 I would recommend anybody and their family members to this location and the other locations as I have had the utmost decency and respect from all stores Matt is a manager here in his crew deserve a hat on the back for the amazing service. They have provided me in my Cartier. !!!

  I have been here for almost a year for an oil change and basic system check. Today, I asked the staff to please inflate my tires as my front right tire was deflated to an extent that it looked like a flat. I kept requesting the staff while they did the oil change to please inflate my tires (which they claim they do, on their receipt including other minor checks like transmission fluid level, brake fluid level, steering fluid level, windshield washer level etc). They responded positively that they did fill up my tires and the receipt also said TIRE PRESSURE: CHECKED OK (BOTH FRONT AND REAR). I just drove off trusting them. As I pulled into a nearby parking lot to check, I found out my tire still looked as if I was flat and had not been inflated. I went back and the staff member (Ezekiel) admitted that they lied on the receipt about the tire pressure check (which they claimed to be OK on thr receipt when it was not). I have a recording of them admitting their fault. They lied on the business contract amd that is legally a disaster for them. It is hard for me to trust Valvoline anymore as I think all the system checks they claim to do and put on their receipt are lies. They just want to get you out of the shop as fast as they can. Nobody cares if the claims they make on the receipt are true. I had built a good customer relation with these guys for over a year now. My trust was broken today. I am done with Valvoline.
