  I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process.   A really great experience - we enjoyed working with karl and Kyle. The car got over 41 mi per gallon on the highway which in this day of nearly $5 a gallon gas was greatly appreciated. Everything was done in a timely fashion and was presented in an easily understood manner as this is the first time I've had to use a rental car and Enterprise worked seamlessly with our insurance company letting us know exactly what was going on and how long we had and then confirming numerous extensions because the work took a little longer to repair on our vehicle in the shop. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and look forward to doing it again when needed- Thanks Karl and Kyle for making it happen!!

  Carl Preston at this location although overworked and receiving no help was on it with all info and questions. He made sure I was happy before I left and made everything right that went wrong. Carl has great customer service and it should be noted he resolved all issues under stress and understaffed. Thank you Carl

  This review is for Kyle Brunson branch manager at this location. After coming in while not being able to reach location by phone Kyle apologized and explained they have been having issues with their phones He was extremely professional asking all the right questions , engaged, and focused.
