  The people here were very polite and professional “Christina” cough cough I bet the others are to but didn’t chat with them. I was in and out much faster than expected, which was helpful on my end. They had also informed me of a developing issue with my brakes, explaining what to monitor and when the brakes should be replaced. The cherry on top was not the coupon toward my next service but the humor I’ve experienced a lot of bland and dull shops little things like that make places better ngl. I highly recommend them nice people and great workers keep up the good work.

  Oh wow Reginal Manager Anthony, you very unprofessional disrespectful and rude. I hope whoever the owner is needs to call me immediately. I got my brakes done and they are still squeaking & squeezing every time I stop. I have been to location in Clive so many times and nothing. The guy Tim tells me all brakes do that. Lies you tell they do not. I might be a woman but you will not play with me. I ask so many times for a refund of $503.23 but the Anthony guy likes to play well I’m not at school and recess was over for me when I left elementary school. That’s a long time ago. I will be filling with BBB against this company for scamming of doing my brakes and never did them. Took my money and do not want refund me my money back. The Anthony guy takes his time calling you back after you have made so many complaints with a company Mavis Tire takes their complaints and concerns. Talk with 2 people 5/6/26 saying he Anthony is the highest they go to send complaints, well that’s a problem when he is problem. To the owner of this company call me, because I’m done talking that rude Anthony. Will be pursuing it further as well. You gets zero. Bad service and you scammed me saying you did my brakes and never put new brakes rotor or the $113, for brake flush. Really you didn’t even do that. Just lied. To everyone do not come here. I will never do no type of business again. I want my refund. $503.23 Why would you just say sorry you wasn’t satisfied with service. Do something about it. Refund my damn money. Don’t worry you will know I’m not the one you gonna play with. From the owner.

  Came here today 💅 need I say awesome customer service . Thank you soo much to Christina and the rest of the staff for being honest with me about my truck. Although I needed just a couple of things that need to be straightened out, they were on it! They gave me a great quote on my vehicle and was affordable pricing. I am pleased with my service today and I will love to come back . Thank you ❤️ 💙 💜 💖

  Great customer service! Jim was able to see me as soon as I called, and after a free and thorough inspection, they provided an upfront estimate along with great perks. I felt very welcomed and at ease knowing my “family van” was in good hands. Christina and Jim were both a delight to speak with, and I never once felt pressured into doing something I wasn’t ready for. And to the young man who worked hard and quickly on my vehicle—thank you as well. You all made my day so much easier with your kindness, and I look forward to doing more business with you!
