The fear that overcomes you when you start to hear the brake sqeak and you have medical equipment in the back of you sprinter. That was easily over shadowed by the warm welcome I received at "Brakes Plus" by Christina. Who explained very well their process and pricing. Explained the time it may take to complete the service. She was even very knowledgeable in their warranty policy. I was in and out and on my way. I love her several attempts to up-sell me on multiple other services and items and did it with a charm that wasn't pushy. She was just the type of person I would love to have work for my company. Thank you Christina and thank you Brakes Plus.

Made an 8:00 am appointment for oil change. Dropped off at 7:50, said I would come back top pick up the vehicle. I arrive at 12:00 noon, my truck was just going up on the lift. The person at the desk was filling in from another store and was somewhat apologetic. She said they had cars left over from the day before- not my problem. Watching them work, I can understand why. I was a first-time customer, and they had a chance to earn all my business. Not going back.

I Was told that my alternator needed replaced by an automotive parts store. I took it to brakes plus and they ran a diagnostic test for the charging system. The test came back saying that everything was functioning correctly… and I didn’t need a new alternator!! A lot of shops would have replaced it and I wouldn’t have known that it wasn’t needed. Brakes Plus is now my go to shop for my car problems.., because I can trust them

Christina helped me get my brakes replaced which included new rotors. She was so kind and understanding of my budget and she was able to get the price to where I could afford the work to be done. Thanks to brakes plus on Grand Ave and to the team for helping me get my vehicle safe again. It means a lot to my kids and I! Plus they do have good coupons too!
