  Montel had perfect customer service willing to listen to our needs in what we wanted and needed to fit our growing family. He was informative as much as much possible. Joe was a little behind helping customers but informed us as he could about our wait and was able to get us through the process quickly and efficiently so we could enjoy our new ride. A few days after purchasing our new car Montel called to check in on us and provide additional updates for us to be able to get our vehicle serviced as needed. Best car lot we have been to hands down!

  Very poor experience with salesman, Luke Newlan. He was nice at first and during test drive of lincoln Aviator but when we sat down to talk about buying he got very upset and threw a fit when I told him that I loved the Aviator but wanted a different color interior. He made several derogatory comments which upset my Fiance so much she went and sat in the car. I asked him about other interior colors as he became very dismissive, I asked about locating one from another lot which he finally agreed to look, told me there were none in 500 mile range which was also a lie as I used Lincoln website when I got home and found 6 matching my color I wanted. I've never been treated like that and will never go back to Shottenkirk.....

  This review is about Shottenkirk's corporate approach to business. We were quoted a drive-out price for a Hyundai Palisade. After 5 hours of locating and negotiating the final price, we did not catch the FACT that the dealership added significant dollars to the financed price. Numerous emails to the CEO and COO of Shottenkirk remain unanswered. Truly an example of misplaced trust. Watch your back.

  Replaced an electric window motor. It seems quieter but doesn’t roll up any faster. It lags behind the driver side. Maybe that’s normal I don’t know.

  I'm pretty easy going guy and understand the difficulty of running a service department as I'm in the service business as well... And I rarely leave bad reviews. All i ask for is a simple phone call or text on the status of my truck that has been waiting for parts for over week. It is frustrating and very unprofessional to ignore a customers calls and texts. A simple phone call or text with an update is all I'm asking!
