  I'm new to the waukee area. I found this shop to be professional, friendly, and efficient. Strong fix it right the first time vibes. Their parts are supplied from napa and to my understanding they only do OEM repairs. I will continue to get my 2011 Ford F-150 serviced and repaired here. I would recommend this shop to anybody who values professionalism and expertise. I'm the type of guy that says keeps a good eye in my equipment and I knew what needed to be done. They didn't go into explaining anything or up selling, which I appreciated alot and I know a lot of other people do too. They were able to find some things I didn't even know about. Id repair it myself if I had the time that just goes to show how well they inspected it before sending me a quote. After approval they got to work immediately. Thank you willard garage. Glad to be a neighbor !

  Had a great experience getting the AC fixed in our van as well as doing a bunch of fluid replacements. I like their modern way of communicating via text and I felt like the pricing was fair. Great customer service too.

  I've had brakes and new tires put on my Pilot, they did a great job and had fair prices. I got stuck in traffic going to pick up my car and was late getting there, Brian and Peggy stayed after hours to check me out, their understanding that "life happens" is so comforting. Their new facility is amazing! They are a great asset to the Waukee community. Thank you to them and their amazing staff!

  They arw the kindest, most knowledgeable, honest garage i have ever delt with. I wish all autoservice places were like this. We drive across town to take the vehicles there.
