    Wow this was the best car buying experience my wife and I had!! Wholy smokes!! We can’t thank Dave and Lance enough for the tremendous customer service! Definitely recommend these guys and my wife and I will be back in the future to purchase another vehicle from these guys. Thank you!!

    I had a very complicated issue with my car that left me without one for 3 months while going in between garages, warranty company, etc. It was incredibly stressful but I have to say, Brandon was a lifesaver. I cannot express how much I appreciate him and his patience throughout this whole process. At the beginning of it all, I thought my car was a goner. I was getting a lot of grief from a guy at a different garage and Brandon helped me deal with him and be aware that what the other guy was trying to tell me was not the right solution- and going to cost me much more than I could afford. He saved me a ton of money and he saved my car. I was anxious to get updates and get my car back and Brandon never made me feel like I was annoying him (even though I probably was) and I appreciate him for being kind and doing everything he could to find the best solution for me. Thank you so much to Brandon and the rest of the crew at Shottenkirk

From the moment I walked in, Danny was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. He made what could have been a frustrating process feel easy and even exciting. Danny went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision, answering all my questions and making sure I understood my options. His professionalism, honesty, and kindness truly stood out. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and will take the time to help you the right way, I highly recommend asking for Danny. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the experience I had.

    If I could give zero stars, I would! My daughter went there to get this cheaper car. It was horrible, so we looked around and found something different. The salesman Danny went over how this vehicle is being sold as is, what they think is wrong with it, etc. Then, he started going over this $895 extended warranty thing. But then said nevermind, I can't get that because there are too many miles on the vehicle we are purchasing. Those are the only two things the salesman went over. Ok, fine. In the finance office, we went over how her loan will be for $3,000. ($7,000 vehicle, plus tax/title/license, minus $4,500 down. I didn't look at anything else while signing, as this made sense to me. I worked with Jason and I don't think he put this on there, as my math worked out. Though, I didn't get any copies of anything to take home. Thought that was weird. Anyway, our original loan didn't go through, so we had to go back in to sign new papers. Jason was no longer with them, so I believe it was a Samir that had us sign the new papers. I didn't look at anything, as I figured they were the exact same numbers. I got home and found a $1,995 charge on there (now making this horrible vehicle $9,000 instead of $7,000) I called Samir and asked him what that was for. He said it was for a detail package. My daughter could barely afford a $7,000 vehicle, why would she want a $2,000 detail package on there? We also live an hour away, so we would not do that. He said that it was not an option. What? This is the first time I've even heard of this package and we HAVE to have it? So, every car there is $2,000 more than listed?? BE VERY CAREFUL AND LOOK OVER EVERY LINE OF YOUR CONTRACT! I hope nothing like this ever happens to their kids, but karma will get them somehow.. No one will help me. Their customer service after the purchase is horrible.
