  Reynaldo is the best!! I previously had a bad experience with a different dealership, but Reynaldo got exactly what I needed done in 2 days. He went above and beyond with his communication about every detail in the buying process. I will return to him again in the future!

  What a great experience. Was sent to Shottenkirk after submitting a surgery through KBB on my trucks value to sell. The offer looked reasonable to me so I wanted to see it through. The process was great. I met 2 Tom's; 1 was the guy I sold my truck too and the other was his manager who subsequently gave me a ride home. Great time at the dealership and will for sure be going back.

  Found the 2026 Silverado I was looking for, made the purchase over the phone. But when it was delivered to me in WI there was no Title/ Registration for me to get it registered. Called the dealer, nobody seemed to have an answer. 2 weeks later STiLL no Title. VERY POOR Customer Service after the sale. Totally DISAPPOINTED!!

  They manipulated me.. lied about the loan details..I never recieved a copy of my contract and have asked multiple time..I highly recomend stew hanson.. stay clear of shottenkirk..update: i have stopped in there 4 times they said they would work things out... lies.. lies lies.. very unprofessional..ive called the attorney general...this place is a scam..
