  Awesome establishment. Their service department is top notch. Everything is super clean, free bottled water and popcorn while you wait and prompt, friendly service. Their sales and finance departments are great too. They found me a used vehicle that would meet my needs and budget and seemed happy to take all the time needed to do so.

  I was very impressed with Jay Knuth, our salesman. He was very knowledgeable… he made you feel welcome…wasn’t a “pushy” sales person at all…when I encountered “pushy” salespeople, I never make a purchase…I’m about to turn 70 years old…Trey Burkhall, Finance Manager, ask me if this was the last vehicle I was going to buy…🤔

  Usually purchasing a car is incredibly stressful. However this was the best experience I have ever had. Dave was awesome and made me feel at home. He was incredibly informative and I didn't feel as I was being taken advantage of. We weren't in an easy credit situation. But Trey worked hard to get us a much better interest rate. We had left Ramsey Subaru feeling defeated. But between Dave, Danny, Trey and the rest of the team including the management, it turned our day around. I love my new Trax and will refer business y'all's way! Thank y'all!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience working with Maddison! I originally came in looking at a Lexus even though I had been considering a Honda from another dealership, and I’m so glad I did. Maddison was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I never felt pressured or rushed, and she took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. I absolutely love my Lexus and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you, Maddison, for making the whole experience such a positive one! I would definitely recommend asking for her if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

  Wish I could have had a positive experience. But it was just the opposite. They advertise the voucher program and then go back on there word. The salesman, won’t mention name, would always ignore me wouldn’t return calls as he said he would and it took 3 days to get back to me about the vehicle I requested. He told me it was approved without running my credit and gave me a monthly payment that I was fine with. Once he ran my credit he told me the bank was asking for double the payment.. there is now where on any of there advertisements that say on approved credit. It supposed to be a sign and drive kind deal. I do have negative equity on my trade in and when I valued trade off there website and sent it to them they wanted to give me $2000.00 less than what it said. I will NEVER COME BACK NOR WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE TO COME HERE. BUYER BEWARE. Im thinking of sending the local media down here to interview them about there poor antics
