Will at the Waukee store was nice and had great communication skills. The oil change was quick and easy. I used the valpak coupon and got half off my first oil change. Otherwise its a bit pricey.

First visit here and I was impressed. Quick and friendly service. The techs didn't try to sell me things that were unnecessary. They were transparent and honest. A little more expensive than the Subaru dealer here, but way better service, and way less hassle.

I just came up to get help with a low tire, there was only 1 car in the stall and 2 men. I came in to ask for help with the air machine I've never used before and he said yeah just set the pressure and put air in your tire. I tried again with no luck! He was just standing in the lobby, I wish he would have taken 2 minutes to help me!!

Really awesome experience at the waukee location! I basically pulled in and was there no more than 20 minutes. The technicians were all very professional and very efficient about everything they were doing. Also 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and for overall how quick it really was I will definitely be returning!
