  Great place. Friendly and explained every step they were doing. Asked before providing products, no pressure. Gloved up to replace cabin filter. Camera shows what they're doing under the hood. Never had to leave the car. Highly recommend.

  On Saturday, July 31, at 4:45 p.m., I had my oil changed, and Anthony was my technician. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which helped make up for the increased prices. I hope that with the recent price increase, your company has also provided salary increases and good health care benefits for your employees. They are the ones who make the customer experience a positive one.

  On a road ad trip, we found oil leak and we just changed the oil. We stopped by and basically no wait. It turned out to be over filed oil. LOF changed the oil plug and let out the excess oil. They did not charge for this work. I would recommend that place for their honesty, quick service and price.

  They used to have coupons on their website but those are disappearing. Yesterday I had a tire rotation (didn’t have enough time last month after the oil change) and when I got home I received a call from them asking me to come back because they forgot to scan my tires and reset everything. I was a little annoyed by that because I had to turn around and go back, fuel isn’t cheap these days and that was an error on their end. The other thing that drives me crazy is the thing you drive over that tells them information about your tires never works and they are always trying to upsell you on something. It’s a little pricey for the service for sure. Also, who designed the signage and lanes? Super confusing where to turn and where to go, you have to drive around the building twice. After yesterdays experience and the $155 they charged my son for a basic oil change and tire rotation as a new customer it seems like a dealership is cheaper these days. 😔
