  I have never been to an oil change place like this. I love the fact that you drive up and you order the oil change or whatever accessories you want. Go around you get in line they bring you in. They're honest about everything. They came up to me and told me that I really didn't need to get an oil change and that my oil was clean. But they understood why I wanted to do it because I was traveling soon. They then showed me my air filter said it's good for now, but you'll need to replace it next time. Didn't force anything on me. Just did exactly what I asked.

  I hate the cost of an oil change these days, I'm sure we all do. However, LOF provides unbelievably great service, and I'm willing to pay for that everytime. Keep giving World Class service gang!

  It was a coupon that brought me in, and I was blown away from the get-go! Great greeting, prices easy to see and decide what services to get and know the prices. Jonathon did the honor of the oil change and other services on my Jeep. He answered the questions I had, and it was cool watching because there were cameras under and over the hood! The friendliness of everyone was fantastic!! Highly recommend!!

  I have been going here for awhile. Lately they want to sell you everything they can. Also, my dealership will do the same service with synthetic oil for $50 cheaper, plus fill liquids for free. Haven’t been impressed the last times. Won’t be back. Makes me sad. I was overly excited the first several times. You tell the initial guy no. Then the tech asks again. Same answer!!! NO

  Update: The manager called me the next day, and reviewed the footage. She assured me that they did add the oil treatment and had to come in and she replaced the rounded off lug nut and we verified the torque on the lug nuts. Allison was a pleasure to deal with very kind and respectful and her response has changed my attitude about using that location. Well done. The layout of the property was very confusing. There was many signs which did help. There was so many signs I became sign blind and missed the sign that said stop here. The guy at the window was very short with me, when informing that I was to stop 30 ft back when another person is at the order window. I ordered my oil change and then had to drive around the building a second time. When they waved me in to the bay, the guy was rushing me to come in faster, then he gives me a sudden stop gesture. I went passed where he wanted me, we get the car to the correct location. Then he proceeded to yell at me that I could have drove into the pit. ( I’m curious, if they had the greats over the pit to prevent a car from driving into the pit?) I gave them the ok to add an oil additive, but was never shown the empty can, and I am not fully convinced he added it. I purchased a tire rotation. They used an impact gun to remove the lug nuts and to install them. One of my lug nuts is rounded off now. And when he used torque wrench to check the tightness nothing moved because I am pretty sure he over tightened them with the impacted gun. I have used LOF 20 times. This was the worst service I have gotten. I used the Waukee Iowa location but I normally use the Ankeny location where I am very satisfied with. I will never use the waukee location again.
