  5 stars — Professional, fast, and stress-free Brought my car to Gerber Collision & Glass in Waukee after my car was scratched up and couldn’t be happier. Professional team: The staff walked me through the whole process, handled insurance directly, and kept me updated. No surprises or runaround. Quality work: My car looks brand new. Paint match is perfect, panel alignment is spot on, and they even cleaned it before pickup. You can tell they take pride in their work. Speed + communication: They gave me a realistic timeline and actually beat it by a day. The front desk team was friendly and made a stressful situation easy. Facility: Shop was clean, organized, and the waiting area was comfortable. Appreciated the clear updates and zero pressure. If you need collision repair or glass work in the Waukee/West Des Moines area, these are the people to call. Highly recommend Gerber for the professionalism and results.

  The trash built up in the water reservoir is gross, and reflects poorly on the business - I cannot speak to the quality of service but I am sick of driving by and seeing it get dirtier and dirtier by the week.
