  I purchased a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee limited and the whole process was so easy ! My salesman Jordan was awesome . He was very attentive without being over the top pushy and very knowledgeable about the car. I would definitely buy a new vehicle with him again and highly recommend him.

  Ryan McClure is truly an asset to your company!!! He is nothing but knowledgeable and helped me with my Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I was having battery draining issues with. It sat at another dealership with no help to the problem and I took it up to Deery and not even 2 miles down the road after dropping it off they had the problem fixed. I won’t be taking my Jeep to anyone, but Ryan at Deery.

  I would advise anyone against buying a car from these people. My family bought a $28,000 SUV from here with around 74k miles. At 77k it was leaking oil in the driveway, and Deery Waukee reluctantly fixed it. The engine seized at 80k, and read no oil on the dipstick. The car burnt 4 out of 7.5 quarts of oil in 3,000 miles. The recommended oil change mileage is 7,500, so this $28,000 car didn’t even make it to the first oil change. The last owner traded off this car, and Deery Waukee was more than willing to pass this financial burden off to my family. Thanks!

  We had such a great experience at the dealership! Jimmy, our salesperson, was so easy to work with from start to finish. He was never pushy, was honest, friendly, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. It was honestly so easy to work with him, and we really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was throughout the whole experience. Joelle in the finance department was also wonderful! She was very nice, patient, and did a great job walking us through all of the paperwork and explaining everything clearly. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend Jimmy and Joelle to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience!

  My wife Karen and I just had the absolute best car buying experience we’ve ever had. I’ve been purchasing cars for 45+ years from too many dealerships to count. Our Deery Brothers salesman, Tristin Winfred, was quite simply beyond impressive. From the moment of our initial connection via telephone and text communication, Tristin set the highest example of professionalism. We decided to purchase a beautiful a 2021 80th anniversary Jeep Grand Cherokee. Tristin’s overall knowledge of the vehicle and its complete service history was remarkable. He was incredibly thorough as he expertly explained the many options the car provided. We were so fortunate to have made Tristin’s acquaintance. Not only do we have a new automobile salesman for our future car purchases but we’ve made a new friend from our purchase. Kudos to Deery Brothers for having such a fine gentleman such as Tristin on their sales team. He has a very bright future with the company. Well, I didn’t expect that I’d be back so soon to buy another vehicle from Tristin but that’s exactly what the Chapman’s did 2 days later. We bought a ‘25 red Jeep Wrangler 4xe with a retractable roof. The Jeep is sensational! Perfect for top down summer fun and just what I need for the sometimes brutal Iowa winters. Once again Tristin outdid himself as he expertly explained the benefits of the hybrid operating system. I was leery of an electric / hybrid powered vehicle but I learned the system quickly, thanks to Tristin. Thanks also should go out to both Jimmy and JuJu for making both car deals so easy to complete.
