  Jeff was great to work with from the moment we walked on the lot at Deery! Not a big purchase - older Chrysler 200 convertible but he treated us like we were buying a $50,000 car. Great experience and will be back!

  Bought a new-to-me 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Alex. It was a great experience. Alex was knowledgeable about on the lot inventory and helped keep us in our desired price range. We went to look on an impromptu trip that Saturday and by the end of our time at Deery Auto Waukee, we came home with the Jeep. I was apprehensive in the whole car shopping process, due to my limited knowledge of cars, in general, let alone purchasing one. Alas, Alex was a God-send!   From the moment I walked in, Jordan greeted me within seconds! He was able to show me a couple of options online and get me into a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted. Furthermore, I came in with bank approval for my loan and he encouraged me to let them see if they could beat the rate and they did, by a landslide. When it came time to take my vehicle home he actually sent it back to detail for things he noticed needed fixed so I would be sure to be satisfied with my new ride! Thankful for such a respectful young man and the rest of the Deery team for making my experience great!

  Run—get out of there while you still can! I’m only giving them one star because Google doesn't offer a lower option. These people sold me a car with 37,000 miles—which is supposed to be a relatively new vehicle—with a dead battery and absolutely no coolant! The car is supposed to undergo a pre-sale maintenance inspection before being sold to the public, especially since they claim to sell "certified" vehicles! Perhaps they took advantage of the fact that I was a woman shopping alone! The bottom line is that just two months after buying the car, it stalled out and wouldn't start again! I called the dealership to ask for the person who was supposedly assigned to assist me, and they told me he wasn't in! He was *never* available; I left messages, but they never returned my calls—until I told them I was going to drive down to the dealership and refuse to leave until someone helped me. And guess what? Miraculously, the very same person who hadn't been available just a minute earlier called me back—only to advise me to fix the problem myself, suggesting it might just be a battery issue! This was a car that shouldn't have had *any* mechanical failures less than two months after driving it off the lot. In conclusion, they never resolved my issue; I ended up having to spend $500 out of my own pocket to fix the problem myself! The dealership never took responsibility or faced the music! But thank God for the Consumer Protection Division—at least I can file a formal complaint there!
