- CLCindy LiAug 18, 20265.0In my most recent car rental (less than a week ago), the Chrysler Pacifica had an issue with the right exterior mirror - adjustment issue. The check out staff made several attempts to see if she could fix it but no luck. While she provided other options for me, we needed the mini van so she gave us a discount upon returning the vehicle and apologized for the inconvenience. I've booked through Costco for car rental at this location several times already. Always a positive experience. Good customer service and options of vehicle selections.

First, my insurance put in a reservation for Friday the 12 and enterprise charged it to Wednesday the 17th and never called to let me know of the change. Then said I could take and SUV on the 12 with a minor upcharge. Then took the SUV back for a car. The car had a bad pull to one side and the wheel was tilted in on one side. Called them for a replacement. The time to which the got the car in from renter 1 till it was signed me...less than an hour. They do not do ANY mechanical inspection or undercarriage inspection, just quick glance around the outside. Now I am being charged for their lack of inspection and vehicle maintenance on the vehicle that never should have been rented out! Worst experience ever with a rental car place.
