  The customer service is amazing. I don't know a lick about cars and they took the time to break everything down and help me understand exactly what was being done to my van. Highly recommend you stop in for your next oil change.

  I called with wheel rear problems. Dusty assisted with my concerns. He addressed my issues, repaired my rear wheel and made me a happy customer. They were quick, efficient and I was on my way. They deserve a job “well done.”

  I went to a different place for my brakes. One had seized after being told there was nothing wrong just the day before at a popular tire shop. In fact one of the workers at that place on University tried to poach me by saying he could change my brakes much cheaper. Where? A parking lot. Yeah, right. Got hold of Brakes Plus & was able to take my car right then. I'm so glad that other place tried to screw me. I received the best professional service along with their great sense of humor. They even beat that other brakes/oil place on University. I feel confident if anything goes wrong with my car Dusty & the others will not only fix it but fix it honorably! THANK YOU DUSTY & the others there for a great & satisfying experience!!!
