  don't recommend this place. they are not very professional at all and the customer service here stinks 💩☠️ I will not be returning back to brakes Plus regardless. first off I was told the alignment was $99 plus tax. I get there the paperwork's at $138 plus tax. second off they would not do my wheel alignment cuz I didn't have new tires. I just had bought tires less than 30 days ago. that was one of the stipulations that they stated they said something was broke under the front end. the whole entire front end of the vehicle was brand new, just redone rack and pinion control arms all of it and then he said they found a pair of pliers connected to my car. I didn't find no pliers in the car didn't show me no pictures of any pliers or maybe they were. I believe they were vice grips. I'm sorry and he wanted to know where I had the work done. I went to the place where I had the work done and they irate regarding the remarks that came from brakes Plus on ainsborough. regarding new tires, my car doesn't need new tires to have an alignment done. the tires have nothing to do with it. the alignment is the control arms and everything else that they can adjust has not anything to do with the rubber on the wheels but I had my alignment done professionally at the dealer so brakes Plus is just a no. absolutely no. don't trust them go to a dealer. you might pay a little bit more but you're going to actually get the work done right and not get a bunch of bowl pushed your way just because they don't want to have to do it....

  Was in a pinch for time before work so I went here, it cost as much as the dealership does to get an oil change, I told them I dident want my breaks inspected I got back there and they had my tires off, broke my tire sensors on my subaru, then all my dash lights came on code read large EVAP leak, some one ad cut my evap line and the only people who were by it was this shop theres a few lines where that one runs, it was clearly cut not wear n tear im so mad at this these guys are crooks.
