  AVOID THIS PILOT! I fueled my semi truck here and ended up getting bad diesel contaminated with water. Shortly after fueling, my truck broke down and I had to deal with repairs and downtime. This caused me a lot of money and problems. A fuel station, especially one serving commercial trucks, should make sure its diesel is clean and properly maintained. Be very careful fueling here and keep your receipt.

  The subway closed because of no hot water even though you can wash your hands in cold water. Small customer service was lacking.

  I stopped at this gas station to get a Subway sandwich. There were only two employees working and just two customers ahead of me. When I tried to place my order, they told me they had no bread and no wraps available. Instead of helping customers or preparing food, both employees were standing around talking to each other. They refused to provide service, which was very disappointing. This was a poor customer service experience, never fill up diesel here semi truck in future also never stop

  Very disappointing experience. There were three employees on duty, and unfortunately, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. The showers were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned, which was unacceptable. The employee responsible for cleaning them was outside talking with people instead of doing his job. I went back inside and informed the cashier that he was outside chatting with customers. The cashier asked me to go tell him to come inside. When I told Juan they were asking for him to come inside and clean the showers, he became upset and started acting as if I had personally ordered him around. Moments later, a blonde female employee came over and began scolding me simply because I relayed the cashier’s message. I had planned to fuel here and take a shower, but after this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I won’t be stopping at this location again, and I cannot recommend it to other drivers. Customer service and cleanliness need significant improvement. Instead, I took my business across the street to I-80 Iowa. Looking back, I don’t know why I came to this place in the first place without reading the reviews.
