  They were absolutely amazing. My alternator gave out at the most inconvenient time during my student teaching (two states from where I’m from). They got me in a couple of hours from closing, scrambled to find me the right alternator for my Honda Civic, and got it done before they closed so I could pick up the car. And when the part they put in was faulty, they got me a new one and fixed it by the end of the next day. I was so appreciative I was able to have my car fixed to finish out my student teaching (which was already a stressful time). They even checked in on me a couple of months later. I wish we had them in my home state.

  My kids and I were stranded in DSM and needed a repair fast. We called many places and no one had time, until UASC answered the call! They came out towed and fixed my car within a couple of hours while we shopped! We were able to save over $500 on a tow to home and repair and no rental car was needed as another expense.   They broke more on my jeep than when it was towed to them. They lied straight to my face several different times. They then were in an accident with my jeep and never told me about it. It was dark when I picked it up and I couldn't see the damage until I got home.

  Shop was very professional and stayed on the complications of my son’s car until it was good to go. Took a couple rounds, but they did him/us right in the end.

  Ultimate Automotive came through for us again, helping Christina assess this Jeep for purchase, on short notice no less. You may recall that Erick found a brake system problem on Anna’s car during a routine check, and he found a problem on this Jeep as well. The dealer was willing to make and guarantee these repairs before we take delivery - saving us thousands. No matter how good a mechanic you think you are, having another set of eyes check them as well is common sense.
