  From the very start, it was easy to pick a vehicle on the app, and then two days before my rental the associates called and confirmed, and made sure that I was comfortable, and had everything I needed beforehand. On rental day everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They explained ever step of the process, explained how I would be charged, and every detail. The truck was very clean, and ran well. I felt safe in my move. I have to say that I have never had such a wonderful experience with renting a truck, or car before, and your employees are exemplary. Thank you for such a positive experience.

  Would leave ZERO if I could. 1st they did not have a van for me even though I had setup to pick up the van earlier and the website said it was available. Then i get there then next day and they start asking for proof of utilty bills and phone bills etc because i was using a debit card...never even bothered to tell me before hand and obviously I was dropped off as I was picking a cargo van up! Never had ANY issues using uhaul for a van or truck. Was hoping to say a few bucks but clearly you get what you pay for!! 2 completely wasted days thanks to their HORRIBLE service. STAY AWAY!!!

  Great experience. Delilah and George took good care of me from start to finish at the Urbandale Truck Rental location. Will use them again in the future.

  There was an issue with our reservation the morning of pickup. They called 20 mins before pickup and advised us they didn’t have the truck we reserved over 2 months ago. We were transferred over to the Urbandale, IA commercial location. The manager and George made sure we got the truck we needed and made the transaction smooth. I greatly appreciated both of their customer service.
