- MMMAug 14, 20261.0The car was filthy, due for an oil change, had a dying FOB, and the windshield wipers desperately needed to be replaced which was lovely to find out in a serious thunderstorm this week. I was given the impression a rental would be dropped off to me at the mechanic shop, instead I was picked up by a shuttle driver that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as a woman alone. I will never be returning to this poorly operated location. Dirty, unsafe, and mismanaged.

- MFMatt FisherAug 7, 20261.0The phone receptionist Luke is incredibly rude (and was also rude to the Nationwide manager handling my claim) & they switched my existing Enterprise Plus account to my wife's name from mine even though she wasn't involved in anything outside of the wrecked vehicle (reason a rental was being paid for) being in her name. Awful experience & so glad I don't rent from this location normally.
- JGJacklyn GautschJul 26, 20261.0Made an appointment for them to bring me a rental at 8 AM at the body shop. Then over the next 3 days they called 3 times to confirm my appointment. Did not show up until 830 and then had to "take me to their office" instead of bringing me the rental. No mention of them not being able to bring me a rental during those three confirmation calls. I was over 45 min late. Then the car I got as a rental smelled like a mix of cigarettes and Ace body spray.
