I explained that I was already working with a salesperson in Omaha and wouldn't be buying a car from the Des Moines branch.I was hoping to test drive some vehicles while I was in the area. I was visiting from Omaha for a few hours while my family was at Adventureland. Due to a neck injury from a car accident the previous week, I was unable to join the family activities. He addressed my situation with sincere care and professionalism. It's uncommon to encounter a salesperson who will genuinely invest effort without any potential personal benefit. His kindness and integrity genuinely impressed me. If you're in Des Moines, I strongly recommend Enterprise's car sales team!
