- PSPink SprinkleJun 1, 20261.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. My bf had received a warning that they had 24 hours to get the device calibrated or the car locks up and it can not be drove. Monday morning we dropped the vehicle off at 6am missing some work and canceling my son's neurology appointment we had booked for 6 months just to get the thing calibrated. We tried calling multiple times, his voice mailbox is always full, he tells.you to text him but still doesn't repond to texts either. Intocalock can never reach him either. It has been like this everytime we have dealt with him, which has been like 5 times. We came to pick it up at 445pm after work and before they closed at 6pm and the shop was locked still and the device was never calibrated leaving us with 7 hours until the car locked up. Intocalock is a scam and this place that put it in and calibrates it, is even worse. We had multiple infractions, fines, and the vehicle even locked up forcing us to have it towed just due to the initial installation. We went to the location in North Liberty in a panic and the guy literally helped us in less than 5 minutes. I will be giving him 5 stars.
