  Our daughter is 5 hours away going to school in Storm Lake and the people at AA Automotive were incredibly helpful at not only efficiently diagnosing what was wrong with her vehicle, but they were excellent communicators throughout the whole process. They provided us the peace of mind that parents pray for when they send their kids off to college. Highly recommend this team to any and all!

  My girlfriend took her car in for some simple repairs, and they couldn't even do that correctly! They installed the ball joint incorrectly and left things loose. Had to take it back in. Also brought the car in with an engine DTC code. They cleared it, didn't check if anything was actually wrong, charged $150, and then said to bring it back if the code popped up again. The code popped up again the same day. They then charged another $100 just to say that the turbo was broken. How did they miss that the first time?! Do not recommend :(

  They did a great job inspecting a used vehicle I was planning on buying from a local dealership. They were on time with the appointment, did an expert job, found some important flaws I needed to be aware of. Gave me both a paper copy of report and repair cost estimates and a text copy. Only took one hour. They took me out to the garage and showed me the issues. Very friendly. Price was way less than I have paid elsewhere for vehicle inspections. The information allowed me to negotiate a better deal for the vehicle to help pay for the needed repairs. They saved me a lot of money and headaches. I highly recommend A and A.
