  I was in an accident and had to get a rental car through my insurance company they set it up through Enterprise picked it up at the Enterprise in Sioux City Iowa they were great got us into something quick easy. Was able to return it to the Enterprise in Sioux Falls which made my life a lot easier and the guy there was absolutely awesome.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. I understand that rental inventory can change, but what frustrated me most was the repeated reassurance I received from the staff. For an entire week leading up to our reservation, I called almost every day to confirm that the Premium SUV we reserved for our family vacation would be available. Each time, I was told to call back the next day for a better update. The day before pickup, I called one last time because I also had a backup reservation in Omaha. I explained that I needed to decide which reservation to keep and asked specifically if they were certain the Premium SUV would be available. I was told it was on the lot and that we were "good to go." Based on that confirmation, I canceled my other reservation to avoid a cancellation fee. The very next morning, Enterprise called to tell me they didn't have the Premium SUV after all and that the only option was a seven-passenger minivan. While the minivan got us to our destination, that's not what we reserved or repeatedly confirmed. The issue isn't that inventory changed—it's that I relied on the information your staff provided. Had I been told there was still uncertainty, I would have kept my backup reservation. Instead, I was left with no options the morning we were leaving for our week-long family vacation to Colorado. Reservations may not guarantee a specific vehicle, but customers should be able to trust the information they're given. Unfortunately, this experience left me with very little confidence in Enterprise's reservation process, and I'll think twice before booking with them again.

  I recently rented a vehicle from this location on Gordon Drive in Sioux City, IA - I'm a transplant from Chicago, IL - and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional; even though they were relatively busy, the entire team operated like a well-oiled machine to keep things moving efficiently. The front office folks kept the customers informed about what was happening, they were actively communicating with the folks in the back who were cleaning the vehicles, and the manager made sure everyone knew their place. They gave me the opportunity to choose from three available vehicles, and I went with the newest model - of course I did. Before I left, the staff were very clear about rental expectations (no smoking, no pets) and conducted a thorough walk-around inspection with me to ensure any existing damage was noted (we both took pictures) so I wouldn't be wrongfully charged. The vehicle drove perfectly for the entire week, mostly putting on highway miles; from Sioux City to Chicago and back. On the day of the return, I brought it back clean. There's a car wash across the street; I'm not sure if cleaning it is an official policy since they detail the vehicle upon return anyway, but my personal policy is to leave things better than I found them - and this goes for people, too. I was greeted by an employee who actually remembered me. They asked great follow-up questions to ensure my satisfaction, conducted a swift final inspection, and handled the paperwork seamlessly. What really stood out to me happened after the rental. I received a feedback survey via email and suggested they implement discounts for military, medical responders, and teachers. The team immediately followed up with me regarding the request. While we realized a discount couldn't be applied retroactively due to my using a third-party booking app, the fact that a real person took the time to personally follow up and address my feedback was incredibly refreshing in today’s automated world. Excellent, cohesive team and top-notch customer care - keep up the fantastic work, Enterprise! ;-) I'll definitely rent with y'all again in the future.
