- SMStephanie McBurneyJun 13, 20263.0It’s unfortunate that, like so many other truck stops, this Pilot is sadly understocked for those of us who drive overnight and want a cup of coffee. The solitary clerk could have been restocking the coffee supplies instead of playing on her phone, but apparently that’s not in her job description. Neither is disposing of the dead bugs behind the coffee station. And really, $3.20 is a bit high for a small cup of coffee. 🙁

I payed at the pump for fuel and when I ched my card today on the 11th this station charges a $226 charge for fuel. I called and spoke with a station clerk whi explained this is S.O.P to charge such a hold. This is ridiculous. What happens to the poor soul who only has a little room on their card and you max it out. Not a happy camper.
- JSJimbo ScullJun 6, 20261.0This is literally the worst pilot that I've ever experienced, tried to get a shower and not only did the app eat 3 credits, it didn't notify or send me a text so the shower that I was waiting for expired, I then had to wait another hour for a shower because the staff didn't see the need to check or clean the showers that were empty, literally the laziest enployees I've ever seen at a truck stop that didn't want to do anything for me because "it's the app not us" like the pilot app for this pilot location isn't related to the company who's name is on the building
- EEemad75bMay 30, 20261.0The worse pilot customer service. I have free showers and lady said shower system is down. What I found out is they disabled the store internet so no one can make any shower reservation. Asked for a shower still won't give me one. Very bad
- NMN MasterMay 28, 20263.0The showers at this truck stop were pretty decent and the restrooms here are clean. Employees here are very nice and helpful assisting customers. There is also a laundry room for washing clothes that is convenient for over the road drivers. Plenty of snacks and beverages in the isles plus it’s good to use your rewards points to purchase items rather than using cash.
