  Booked a car over a week ago. They confirmed my booking yesterday. Show up today and they don't have a vehicle for me and everything else is closed. Leaving first thing tomorrow and all they will do is give me something that burns fuel. Boo.

  For the 2nd time in a month they did not have the car ready for me at my reserved time. The first time they called me 10 min prior and did not have an estimated time. So I had to drive my personal car about 20 hours for a business trip. The 2nd time (today), they did not give me a call at all and I showed up at 3pm and they told me they do not have an estimated time when a call will be ready. So I drove 30 minutes for nothing and now have to drive my car again over 10 hours for a work trip last minute. I will never use them again.

  I had a reservation here to rent a vehicle for a family vacation, starting 3/21/26 at noon. They called on Friday 3/20/26 to confirm the reservation and all was well at that time. Fast forward to Saturday 3/21, my fiance and I are driving from Newton to Pella, and we get a call from the man working at Enterprise who then let us know that they did not have any vehicles available. He gave us freaking 17 minutes of notice!!! In top of that, because he messed around and waited until the last minute to inform us, we weren't able to make any arrangements at any other Enterprise locations because they werw closing before we would be able to get there. The guy didn't even try to do anything to help us in the situation, and gave a half-assed apology at best. Needless to say, I will never trust this location again, and will make sure everyone in this area hears about my experience in the hopes that others don't have to go through the same BS.
