  Dean is amazing! I’m very thankful we got Dean to help us as he was extremely knowledgeable about every feature, every mechanical aspect, and even listened to our wants so that he could help us find exactly what we were looking for without any kind of pressure.   Would've went to a different dealership had I know they were going to run my credit approve me for a truck then proceed to sell that same truck to someone else, then to lie and say that it was still on the lot, gave a sorry boohoo apologie, then tryd pressuring me into buying their junk Acadia! Would not recommend, so much for No haggling!

  In 50 years of buying numerous vehicles all over the country, including Guam. USA. This was hands down the BEST buying experience I have ever experienced. My sales person, Gabby, was 4.0 from the start of my buying experience until I drove out of their lot last night with my new truck. Prices are great and the no haggle online experience is legit. Thank you, Gabby, Trey, and the whole team at Vaughn!

  I experienced both sides of the dealer. My original appointment was for warranty service. Calling here is a little ridiculous, it's hard to reach anyone. Service itself is great, issue appears to be resolved. Found a new truck while there and in typical fashion that took forever. We made three calls to reach a sales person to discuss but finally got a call back the next day. Made a purchase agreement and all in for a cash purchase, spent 7 hours just for paperwork and new car explaining. That seemed excessive and we couldn't get moving fast enough. We're satisfied
