  Had a warranty on my vehicle, they sent the warranty company a estimate of over $13k and the way Vaughn worded it when submitted they denied my claim, had 2 other shops looked at it and was $6800 and $6500 cheaper than Vaughn, one of these repair shops submitted it for the same repair and was approved, go figure ! Shop around before using this facility.

  Horrible experience! They saw me coming a mile away. I went in for an oil change and was immediately told they had to replace 2 filters, this was before they even looked at my car. I said no because im a single mom on a limited budget. After about 20 mins, a man comes out telling me he HAS to change the filters and I couldn't leave without this being done. After 2 hours of waiting, I finally asked what was going on and I was met with a lazy shrug and was told their internet was out. My visit for an oil change cost me $250 and I didnt meet a single friendly or approachable person in the whole place. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Th overall experience at the dealership was down the middle, not good nor not bad. I sent pictures of my trade and filled out a trade form prior to driving five hours to buy a car. They said they never got the pictures so they went ahead and tore my truck down and took $500 off for a "dent/crease" on the truck yet their car had the same they didn't call out. The sales and finance people were good so that is positive but one thing that really annoyed me is they didn't fill the car full of fuel. I know it was a used Jeep but at almost $40,000 I think a tank of gas would be the least they could do. Overall - not a five star experience but also not a "stay away" experience. Just do your due diligence and make sure you check the car over with a fine tooth comb.
