I wouldn’t recommend doing business here. They have people quoting you a service who don’t know the real price, and then they will hit you with a higher price when you’re ready to pay. They need to educate all people answering the phone not to misquote people and give the wrong prices. You can’t surprise someone with a $207 bill after you told them initially, over the phone it would cost $79 plus tax and fees. That is stealing. This place will never get a cent from me. I encourage you to shop elsewhere.

I was traveling from MN back to SW FL in my 2026 Enclave that I bought in December of 25. It was due for its 1st oil change and service; which is free. I had an appointment scheduled with the dealership in FL, where I bought the vehicle next week. I realized the Engine Oil Change soon light was constantly lighting up; I used the My Buick app and found Vaughn along the way. They were able to get the Enclave in right away for the service and did an outstanding job. Everyone I talked with was friendly and knows. I was able to get back to SW FL with no worries! Thank you!
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Vaughn and both times I've been very happy with the customer service. Riley was great and got me taken care of in a timely manner.

Nathan was super helpful and everyone there made the day so much less stressful and i left with a car i am in love with!!! And he followed up the following day to see how things were. Would recommend!!!

I wanted to write a review of the amazing service that we received from Vaughan Automotive. From the very beginning, everyone on their team was top-notch. The situation with our truck that we bought was my son who is deployed, found it, and decided that he wanted to buy it. It wasn’t easy, coordinating things, with our very limited text communication with him. Everyone was patient and understanding of our situation.
Right after we wired the money it’s sustained hail damage. Because of that, we were very nervous to go through with the purchase as we were buying it sight unseen. After some discussions and reassurance that it would be fixed, we went ahead and went through with the sale, and had it shipped to us down in Florida. Our salesman Trevor Pryor took a lot of time to send videos before we bought it and after the damage was fixed to ensure that we were comfortable with everything about the truck. Trey Larkin, the business manager was very good with answering questions and handling everything on his end. I also can’t say enough good things about the GM Chad VanNess. He was extremely professional and unlike any person I had ever dealt with in a car dealership. I left a message with him, and he immediately called back and took the time to talk through our concerns about the hail damage.
I should also add that the price of f the truck
was better than any we had found across the US. The truck was delivered and is perfect!
The only thing I’m disappointed in, is that they aren’t closer to us down here in Florida, as I would highly recommend them to all of our friends as they are trustworthy, thorough, and a top-notch dealership.
