    Lied several times. Went to go pick up a car, was told no car was ready, gave me a car with mechanical issues. Returned and given a size downgrade, wasn't compensated for the smaller car. Did not have a full tank of gas. Went to return the car, the only employee there was in the garage washing a car so everyone had to wait about 45 minutes just to leave. This was the second issue with Enterprise; was told I was eligible for a free rental. Tried to use the free rental, told the offer didn't actually exist. Going through the process of getting Enterprise blacklisted as an eligible expense for all employees at the very large tech company that I'm writing this negative review with. Ouch.

    My truck broke down in this small town in Iowa and I was lucky enough that there was a Enterprise there, they went the extra mile to get me a vehicle on such a short notice. This Enterprise normally only does rentals by online reservations only, but the manager went out of his way to get me a car.

    Reserved an SUV but on the morning I was to pick up the car, they called and told me the SUV I had reserved had been sold and I had to get a car instead. You'd think they'd give a discount or accommodate me somehow for the inconvenience but they didn't. The car was good though and had no issues. It also has android auto which was a very nice feature.
