10/7 Update: Austin made it right, he agreed to double check that everything was secure and tried to replicate the issues as best as possible. They are assuming it was a loose terminal connection that was causing a flare up with electrical issues. Thank you again Austin for taking the time to look at my car today. I appreciate your help and understanding :) 10/6 Not very happy with the service department. I had my vehicle scheduled to come in and get a couple recalls fixed and address my emissions leak. They had my vehicle ready the next day. Everything seemed fine until it did not. It first started with my wipers during all the rain we got this last week. They would not stay at a consistent speed eventually slowing down to the slowest setting when I had it set to the highest setting. Made it impossible to see anything on the highway or interstate and didn’t think I was going to make it to work because of how bad it was. It got to the point I had to manually wipe the windows. Next day, I went to start my car to head to work… guess what it didn’t start, it wouldn’t even crank. Everything lite up as usual but no crank. Later that evening I used my phone to start it and then it worked like normal and I thought maybe the car just had a hiccup or something. That is where I was very wrong. Today while driving on the interstate to work all the sudden everything went black and I had to make a quick decision and pulled off the road since I thought my car had just completely died. After 30 seconds it the screens came back on but I was unsure what the hell just happened. I then got back on the interstate and got to work as soon as I could. I had my family member call and ask about looking at these electrical issues since when they replaced the purge valve they are supposed to disconnect the negative terminal so electrical issues don’t happen. The service department states that they didn’t mess with the battery whatsoever but what is happening with my car concludes otherwise. Austin was the one that serviced my car and Lynch wants to charge $205 an hour JUST TO LOOK AT IT. I am beyond pissed because my car was working wonderfully until they touched it. I had faith that they were a dealership and had a good service department but I was far from right. Humans make mistakes but asking for more money for something that wasn’t completed right is beyond me.

Horribly expensive. $168 for a simple oil change. Oil price was doubled in 2 months. Charged $75 to add 5 quarts of synthetic oil manually instead of hose filling. Sales associate basically said that I was free to never come back I I was dissatisfied with the price.
