I like a clean vehicle, and I drive quite a bit out of state, and I can almost always find a Tommy's and have a beautiful vehicle!

- SNShawn Noling4 days ago1.0My vehicle is damaged there June 5th 2026. The first claim this car wash made when I reported the damage was at the brushes do not hit the driver's side of my truck. The car wash then tried to state pre-existing damage. After I proved these brushes do hit my truck. I filed in small claims and subpoenaed their video footage. That is when it became apparent to me that the vehicle in front of me had an Iowa State Football Helmet hitchcover that had come off during the car wash. This accessory took a ride on one of their red brushes, and is seen again on the tracks after these red brushes, damaging a large area of the lower driver's side of my vehicle. It is pictured after damaging my truck behind my truck on their track. This is exactly where I made a phone call to report an issue with the car wash. The car wash denied my claim. We are currently in court proceedings. I feel i've been lied to, i feel i've been outright disrespected.I have been told by their staff specifically that do not care how I feel about this. I have posted previous reviews to which they have had deleted. I recommend being very cautious here. Attached is a photo of what caused the damage in the wash, the hitch cover on the belt behind my truck, then a picture taken right after the wash. And the last picture is from their evidence they claim this shows pre existing damage near my at4 badge. I would never treat a customer the way I have been treated with this situation. No apologies, no attempt to make whole, no respect given.
