Excellent customer service; we'll definitely be looking to rent here again.

The entire rental process was quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and welcoming. The driver made the ride enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about Iowa and shared great recommendations on local food and things to do while I was in town. I learned a lot just from the drive! When I picked up my car, Dunlap took the time to walk me through all the features. He showed me how to open the gas tank, use the A/C, windshield wipers, cameras, and several other features. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up. The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Whenever I’m back in town, I’ll definitely be renting from this Enterprise location again. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one!
