- KWKristin W5 days ago1.0Enterprise makes it hard to rent a car, I had cash and my debit card (debit card was declined because it was considered a reloadable card, it's my pay card), they don't take cash, which is a huge "what ?" moment. My friend came and used his credit card to pay 773.00 for a week in a Mitsubishi mirage, 300 of that was not disclosed on the web site. The car is crap, it pulls to the right and runs really rough. Pretty sure when I take it back this crap company will try to add extra charges. Enterprise in Johnston Iowa, do not rent from them, everyone who works there does not care and obviously the company doesn't either, I will NOT pay for additional charges due to the fact enterprise should have checked the car before they released it to rent.
