  I made an appointment for a crack in my windshield I brought my car in and they called me maybe 20-40 min later stating the new windshield was cracked and they weren’t going to replace it today and order a new one. Perfectly understandable things happen. Fast forward to my next appointment…. They reassure me they checked this new windshield and it’s all clear and good to go. I bring my car in, which had 2/3 if not more gas in it… they tell me to go fill it up a little more. I say okay I need to reschedule, im sorry I’m between work, and the girl working says just go to kwik star it’s right around the corner…. So whatever I run there put $10 of gas in barely 2 gallons and my tank is over 3/4 full, so I truly don’t know what this girls problem was. They took my car last time with the same amount of gas. Anyways, I get back and give my keys and leave. About 43 min later I get a call… same thing is said “crack in new windshield need to reschedule”. Which leads me to believe they never fully inspected it like they claimed. The worker claimed they scrubbed and cleaned it and “didn’t notice”… how do you not notice a crack in the driver side of a brand new windshield…. Moral of the story save your time and go somewhere else!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing service! My Safelite technician was outstanding from start to finish. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Safelite is lucky to have him! Highly recommend! Came to place and did an excellent job

  It is the most expensive service I have ever paid for a drop of resin, which I saw applied and which did absolutely nothing. There is no trace that they have applied anything, what a form of scam, and of course I had no way of claiming why they have the form of advance payment of $140 for a drop of resin and Amazon the resin bottle for $20.

  I give Safelite and overall 5* because I had had them repair multiple vehicle's windshields. My only complaint was this last service on 9/17/26, the technician didn't call me until an hour after she was supposed to be here to let me know she couldn't make the appointment (12:00 to 5pm). After waiting 6 hours only to have reschedule was disappointing. Again, overall Safelite is awesome.
