  Overall, my experience with this rental was below expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciate the staff's professionalism at the counter. However, the condition of the vehicle at pickup was disappointing. As soon as I started driving, I noticed several stubborn spots on the front windshield that did not come off even after using the windshield wipers multiple times. Since I was already running late, I decided to continue my journey initially. However, the visibility through the windshield became increasingly difficult, so I had to stop at a gas station to clean the windshield myself. While cleaning, I also noticed that the rear window was dirty, reducing rear visibility, and the side windows still had bird droppings on them. These are basic cleaning issues that should have been addressed before the vehicle was handed over to a customer, as they directly impact driving visibility and safety. Once I reached the highway, I began to notice a significant vibration and wobbling sensation, particularly from what felt like the front right wheel or tire. The vehicle also seemed to pull slightly to the right, requiring constant steering corrections to keep it centered in the lane. This made highway driving uncomfortable and reduced my confidence in the vehicle's condition. I wasn't sure whether this particular vehicle was equipped with a lane-keeping or lane-assist feature. Because of the pulling and vibration, it was difficult to determine whether the behavior was due to a mechanical issue or an active driver assistance system. Regardless, the vehicle did not feel stable, and it required noticeably more effort than expected to maintain a straight path. I reported the vibration and suspected front right tire/wheel issue when I returned the vehicle at the Chicago airport location so that it could be inspected before being rented to another customer. Overall, while the rental process itself was straightforward, the vehicle was not presented in a condition that met reasonable expectations. A clean windshield and windows are fundamental safety requirements, and the apparent tire or alignment issue should ideally have been identified during routine inspections before the vehicle was rented out. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive vehicles that are both clean and mechanically sound.

  For the time that I was renting a vehicle from Enterprise I had a really good experience regarding the customer service. The process is fast. Everyone that I came across was friendly.

  Rented a car months in advance and show up and car smells awful so requested a new one which and was told didn’t have any but to come back first thing in morning and would have ready for me. I came back first thing next morning and told they don’t have any options for me. Lied and wasted my time. If they weren’t going to have an option that should have been communicated previous night so could many other arrangements

  The low tire pressure indicator lit up on the dashboard of the car I rented about a week after I had it. I tried adding air a couple of times but the light wouldn't go out. I told someone at Enterprise about it when I returned the car and they gave me a card for a free days rental the next time I used them so I liked that.
