    Won't rent from any other place, or any other location. Every one of the staff members at this location are awesome! Cheerful, polite, professional but laid-back, and very prompt at every request!

    If I could give less stars I would but Google forces you to choose at least one. -5☆ We waited 40 minutes past our pickup time for a van that was in the lot. This is the 3rd vehicle I rented that had maintenance issues. This time, the cruise control and sway control quit working and were "unavailable" 100 miles into my trip. So 1200 miles of ocean motion with the tiniest bump and no cruise control. It sat for 4 days. On the way home another 100 miles in, same thing! What a joke! Never again! I suggest paying the extra little bit of money and going to Hertz or Avis.

    S***** service all AI ,could not get an agent to talk to, AI tried to talk around it and act real. Sometimes you just need to talk to the local office. Won't use this company again.
