  The team responded to a serious issue we encountered with our oil and brakes while on a roadtrip and were able to immediately schedule our vehicle for inspection and service. Their professional service and expertise was outstanding as they quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to get us back on the road in under an hour for our remaining 3 hour drive!

  Walked in this morning knowing I needed new brakes desperately but not really knowing anything else. They took my car back almost immediately and within 15 min told me the damage. The price was MUCH better than I was quoted somewhere else in town but I still needed to figure out my money situation. In walked Steve the manager. He asked me where I was comfortable at price wise and said give me 10 min to see what I can do. In the meantime I was able to get financing and he came back 10 min later with a much lower price to change all 4 brakes! I decided to go ahead and take care of my oil change while I was here and he is throwing that in for me at no charge! Do not sleep on this place! They WILL WORK WITH YOU! Very professional and curious with NO PRICE GOUGING! Thank you Steve Burnes for making this much less stressful for me and working with me to keep my family safe!

  Steve and his team at Brakes Plus do an amazing job! They are so helpful and provide great customer service. My friend and I have both had great experiences here! Definitely recommend Brakes Plus if you are in need of car repairs/maintenance!

  This brakes plus location is an absolute gem! I showed up 20 min before closing on a Friday having driven through my brake pads and into my rotors. They fixed everything on the spot and were so kind, funny & understanding.

  My sister had a gas leak in her Honda Pilot and last minute, they had her in and found the problem, and tried to repair it for us to return to MN safely, even staying open longer to help her. While the temporary fix wasn't feasible, they are going to repair her gas line Monday morning first thing. Their kindess and customer service were above and beyond and we would highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone in need, especially in an emergency situation such as ours!
