- MBMelissa BillmanMay 5, 20265.0I stopped by the 1st ave location during normal business hours on a Saturday and the lady said she had no technicians to look at my car at that time. I did not have a pleasant experience at the 1st ave location. I called the blairsferry road location and was automatically greeted with pleasant employees. I was put on hold after explaining the situation and the manager Antoine told me to bring my car right over and he would look at it for me. When I got there he pulled my car right in and explained what was wrong with it to me. He was able to schedule me right away to get my car fixed. Antoine changed my experience from unpleasant to very pleased with brakes plus. I would recommend the blairsferry location to others. I will return with any other future issues with my car. He was very nice, got the tow set up for us and had the battery replaced and the car ready for us to pick up in a short time. The shop was bright and clean - I wouldn’t mind waiting there for service. I will absolutely be back for other services for both vehicles in the future! Inv 42614911001
