  Decent wash, expensive prices. I mostly enjoy it because of how convenient and close it is to my house. But every time I go and get my car washed, The wash SMELLS so bad. It smells like rotten egg every time it washes my car, I’m having to hold my nose while I go through the wash. I have the cheapest monthly subscription and I think its roughly close to $25-$30

  I love it! This carwash is always so nice! The employees are amazing! There is this really nice young man who helped me with my membership when I came by, thank you so much Aidan and the rest of the staff at the shine shop!

  This location always fails to get my car as clean as the other car washes in the area. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription with a fake phone queue and only letting you cancel over the phone. Staff are told to try as hard as possible to sell you on a subscription.

  Don't bother with shine shop/rocket car wash. They won't raise the sign entering the car wash the correct height and was scratching top of my vehicle. Called customer service to get my 20 dollars back and they won't do anything because I was five days late on calling from when I should have canceled. They said I could only file a claim against the store in grimes. So not worth the trouble. And would have thought customer service would have been so much better. All of it is not worth it.
