We’ve been really happy with The Shine Shop in Grimes. We’re on a family plan, and this has easily been the friendliest and most helpful car wash we’ve used. Oliver did a great job with the power wash and guiding us in, was super friendly, and made sure the car was completely ready before sending us through. Damont was also awesome at the gate—very welcoming, handed us the supplies we needed, and took the time to make conversation instead of just rushing us through. The whole experience was easy, organized, and genuinely friendly. Great customer service from both Oliver and Damont. Definitely 5 stars.
