I had an afternoon appointment but he was available earlier than planned, called me and arranged to start sooner which worked great for me. He told me what to expect, how long it would take and updated me throughout. Very professional service.

I've been trying to get something of a resolution, and apparently I have to track some people down, and hope they make it right. This is garbage.

I missed work for this... thank you for costing me a days pay and eating my time. I will never refer anyone to this company. Update: they sent me an email to have me call an out of state number, who then told me I wouldn't be getting service at all, the location that was supposed to send their technician "had an emergency". No further explanation.
