I reached out and rescheduled for day 3 - tech comes out, doesn’t replace the glass because he doesn’t know how, but breaks trim on my car. Day 4 another tech comes out and did a good job… I was told by the tech on day 3 and day 4 that someone at safelite would reach out in regards to the part they broke. Nobody has. I am annoyed at the fact that I have to give this 1 star, deserves 0 on the best of days.

The technician communicated with me throughout the day, he arrived early, work was completed in a timely manner, he was professional. The problem I had is my vehicle was damaged while he was performing the work. I emailed them about it, notified them through a survey, and two days later I am still waiting to hear from them. The technician told me he had pictures taken of my vehicle prior to the work starting, he told me he would get them to me, and still nothing. Not a good experience at all for something that should have been straight forward.

It was incredibly convenient, and the entire staff was very professional and super easy to work with. Hopefully I don't need to get another windshield repaired in the future, but if I do, this is definitely who I'll be calling.
