  I got a brand-new car, and less than 24 hours later, I damaged two rims on a curb. I was devastated. I was quoted $950 per wheel for just the rim replacement, and one of the rims even had a chip in it. After researching online, I honestly didn’t think the damage could be repaired. I called Des Moines Wheel Repair, and Audrey answered. She and her husband were incredibly helpful and confident they could fix the wheels. I dropped my vehicle off yesterday, and by this morning it was ready to go. The results were unbelievable. Both wheels look absolutely brand new, you would never know they had been damaged. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re dealing with damaged rims or wheels, I can’t recommend Des Moines Wheel Repair enough. They saved me thousands of dollars and did amazing work!

  Audrey and the team are amazing. I’ve taken multiple of our vehicles to them and have always been impressed. Quick turn around, great customer service and creating a friendship. Your go to for all wheel repairs and powder coating!

  They replaced my bent rim with a new one and painted it to match perfectly. The service was amazing — efficient, kind, honest, and professional. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

  This absolutely incompetent business was hired to refinish the wheels on my dad’s sports car. Their first attempt failed after the paint and clear coat started cracking on the newly refinished wheels. They tried again, and the paint and clear coat failed again, leaving my dad frustrated and out lots of money. The car is in another shop now and apparently one of the wheels was in such bad shape that it needed to be replaced because the integrity of the wheel was comprised (likely due to being left in an acid wash too long). To the incompetent fools running this business — YOU GUYS SUCK Edit - Audrey, I 100% have the right business. And to clarify, your team DID redo the work at no cost, however, your incompetent team failed both times. So, deal with the repercussions of this review and do better next time.
