  Repairs went well everything was fixed took a little bit longer than expected due to not being able to get parts right away. That’s not on the dealership though that’s on GM As soon as the parts were in, they got the truck in and fixed Same day the parts were in

  Both of my trips for repairs for my vehicle were positive experiences with the jobs being completed. There was a problem when I picked up my car on the 2nd visit, however, everything was corrected and I was completely satisfied with the remedy.

  I debated on writing this review for a while but I feel like the lack of care regarding my purchase justifies it. I reached out to this dealership to purchase a ZL1 and drive in from out of state to get it. The initial response from sales was great and they made the process super easy compared to other out of state dealerships I spoke with. I drove from Michigan 500 plus miles on new years eve to pick up the vehicle with a pretty standard dealership experience when I arrived. Once I got the vehicle home I figured it could take some time for the title to get processed in Michigan. 2 months passed with nothing being processed by Michigan secretary of state and multiple calls to the dealership reassured me that everything was sent correctly on the dealership side and if Michigan lost the title it they would have to coordinate with the prior owner to obtain a new title which could be a mess.. Another month went by with numerous calls to both secretary of state in Michigan and Shottenkirk. A "sales manager" first name started with a C assured me everything was corrected. Initially the dealership sent the title to a local branch that didn't process out of state titles so that branch forwarded the title to the executive branch in Lansing for processing and should be taken care of soon. I will say after 4 prior inquiries being told they would call me back I never heard back from shottenkirk until the sales manager gave me that information. Almost another month went by when nothing was updated in Michigan secretary of state and I was being instructed to pursue legal action against the dealership. I reached back out to the dealership rather upset and got the " General sales manager" Tanner. I was told by Tanner he was unaware that any of this was happening and the manager for department that handles the titles also was unaware of this situation despite 3 months of calls. I found out that after the title made it to the executive branch in Michigan there was an issue with the payment being short that apparently nobody was able to verify for 4 months. I was assured the amount was wired and the issue was fixed and that Tanner would reach out to me in 2 days since he had time off with his family on the following day and that despite being out of town the GM was notified and will reach out to me. The title was updated with Michigan SOS a few days after speaking with Tanner however I never heard back from the Dealership. I paid 4 months of payments for a car I was unable to drive until the beginning of May and am extremely disappointed with how the dealership dismissed my concerns for months just because I was an out of state purchase. I do not recommend out of state purchases from this dealer.
