  Quick and great service. I arrived at the appointed time, checked in, and they stared changing the oil right away. They also explained other maintenance that could be done.

  I'm going to give a big thanks to Chris and a real big thanks to Tate...He worked really hard to get me into the right vehicle. These guys listen to me and made it a really easy process. And also thanks to Guzman in financing for putting the numbers together to make it work. I'll be honest, I never thought I would be buying a vehicle from Shottenkirk. But my Dad just recently bought his new truck from them and said they did a really good job. So once again THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR SERVICE.

  Well had issue with a 2021 chevy blazer bought in January 2 this year. It was purchased in Burlington but, they couldn't handle looking at a radiator. So I had go to Ft madison. First I called them and told my problem with the car. Said what warranty i had purchased actually charged with out choice in buying. Told by staff if was a radiator problem they would cover it. So next day couldn't find anything wrong but I told them when I dropped it off it took 30 miles drive. You will smell it. So couple hours later they found it. Lol. So then get told there crappie insurance doesn't cover radiator have to pay for crappie exam and the rental car as well. So if want crappie service go ahead use them. P.S. when looking for a radiator leak don't run heater on full blast that taking heat away from car run air conditioning it work the car. That's basic car information.

  We had a great experience working with Tate at Shottenkirk! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made everything feel straightforward and low-pressure. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept things moving efficiently (even with us being a few hours away), and was very transparent with pricing.   Tanner, Cruz and David were great to work with. I did not feel pressured during the process, and worked with me to get the price where I needed it. The only thing I would suggest is if there is some minor paint issues on a used car to at least touch up and seal, that is an easy thing for a dealer to do. I'm doing it myself but it is not a deal breaker necessarrily. Otherwise I had a great experience overall and will give them business again if I find what I'm looking for there.
