  Kenneth did excellent work at Safelite in Fort Dodge, IA. My windshield was replaced and the vehicle safety systems were calibrated all in about an hour. Very happy with the service I received!

  My Safelite tech, Kenneth, was excellent. He arrived exactly when he anticipated he would. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and performed my windshield replacement to an extremely high standard. The only thing that I would "dock" Safelite for was that the company charges more to an individual person paying "cash". He explained that Progressive gets a discount on the calibration cost -roughly 200 to 300 discount.

  Terrible service from a guy named Curtis. Appointment scheduled friday may 15. . While i was driving there omw there 1 hr away, i recieved a call my appointment was canceled due to NO PART. Had to turn back around and drive back home 1 hr. Rescheduled tuesday, he was sure itll arrive. Said he will call me monday for update. Waited all day monday. Decided to call him instead since i didnt recieve a call or text. He stated he wasnt sure if part was in and will call me back. Never called back so i had to call him back. He stated he isnt sure but left a sticky note for the deleivery guy. Says he will call me tommorow tuesday morning. Here comes tuesday morning no call no text. Appointment is at 9am and i live 1 hr away. Called to see if another safelite could squeeze me in so i can be on the safe side. He sees this and finally text me with a picture of the windshield. I called and said i will come now. On the way there he called and said since i rescheduled to a different place he couldnt help override it and wants to move my appointment to friday. I told him why does it matter when i was already scheduled at 9am. He said he will have to talk with his boss. I told him i want to talk with his boss. He says his boss just got fired 2 weeks ago and his big boss is out of town. He said only way for me to try and get in is through my progressive insurance. I said then what is the point of having you if you cant help. I had to call progressive myself AGAIN and they had to call him to squeeze me back in my original schedule. He got mad and couldnt do anything so he said ok. Waited 4 hrs long. He put new windshiled but WAS NOT able to recalibrate my sensors. Now my car lane assist, cruise control and everything dont work. He says i have to reschedule to get a different glass and get it recalibrated. Awesome. Just Awesome. Drove home with dash board all lighting up.
