  I took my 2022 Mazda CX-9 Carbon Edition in for a repair and was pleasantly surprised that I was given a couple of options: restore it to 100% or try a less expensive repair first. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they took the time to explain the pros and cons of each approach rather than simply recommending the most expensive option. The team was professional, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The repair turned out great, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It's refreshing to find a shop that values transparency and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto body work.

  Great company, took really good care of what I needed done and fast service! The owner is so nice and understanding and willing to help anyone and the front office lady is super nice.

  Had a phenomenal experience with Mack’s and would highly recommend to anyone in the SE Iowa Area. They did an amazing job repairing my SUV and helped navigate the back and forth frustrations I was having with my insurance company. Despite the insurance issues, they were always very responsive and did an amazing professional job restoring the front end of my SUV. Highly Recommend!

  Mack was extremely helpful with my Toyota RAV4, he's extremely caring, affordable, and works with you to try to get the best price you can. I highly recommend working with Mack to anyone :D
