The Port of Dubuque Marina is a 70-slip transient marina in downtown Dubuque, Iowa, located at mile 579.4 of the upper Mississippi River inside the protected Ice Harbor.

Docks are available by the hour or overnight. Reservations are accepted for up to 14 consecutive days. Reservation includes water and 30 or 50 amp electrical connection for boats up to 100'.
A full service fuel dock with gas and diesel fuels and sanitary pump-out is located within the marina for easy access. The Port of Dubuque Marina docks and shower suite have secure access for boaters.
