  I was very new to the whole truck rental idea as I had to move quite far. I decided to explore my options and went here first. Greeted at the door they told me they price match too competing company’s and that saved me a lot of time having to go to other places. The process was rather simple and very affordable! Upon pick up the truck and trailer were set up and ready to go. We had a last minute change to not take the trailer and without any issues they took it right off for us. They have everything you need for an easy return on their app as well which came in handy upon drop off! By far one of the best companies I’ve gone through for anything.

  Filled the truck up before i returned it and they still charged me for gas smh

  If you are looking an affordable truck but with top tier customer service, Dubuque's Penske is the place to go. They have price points below Uhaul without cutting corners. The trucks are clean, reliable and well maintained. After every trip, for preventative maintenance, tires, fluids and other basic things are looked at. Every 5000 miles all of the truck's major engine components are looked over. John Sweeney is a great man to talk to, his assistance will make your rental experience stressfree.
