  At first I was kind of skeptical because of the one star reviews, but went ahead and gave this business a chance. I went here already knowing what maintenance needed to be done. They were honest and did not try to upsell me on some bs. Very professional and straightforward. Google told me it would cost about $500 for only brake pads on just one axle for my car. Brakes Plus in Asbury charged me 15% less than what Google has said. ($325.00.) I will definitely be a returning customer.

  Reasonable price beat other companies/ competitors offers got new brakes/pads and rotate in my tires for me free inspection couldn't be happier extremely satisfied highly recommended il be back for routine maintenance was done here at less than half the cost a competitor wanted to charge me 1560 and out of that, 700.00 was just labor 70.00 was shop.Fees

  I.gave this place a shot twice my muffler still leaking smeared stuff all over to try and stop the leak looks like absolute trash .pulled in twith a straight bead left with a exhaust leak and straight garbage imitation jb weld all over the place im beyond dissatisfied. I could of done it better myself i might as well took 250 dollars and just threw it out the window cause now im gonna have to take it to another place and do it right which means they will have to cut off the crap they smeared all over and do it correctly which is gonna cost me more then just a simple weld job ..do not take your car here for any type of welding THEY DONT KNOW HOW

  I am giving it a 3 because I got a oil change last week Saturday and the were fast and efficient. I than jumped on the highway to go to Milwaukee and half way there the cover that covers the bottom of my car started flapping. We had to tear the piece off because the fellows at brakes plus did not put it back. We immediately called and spoke with Cody who said bring it back when we get back and they will fix it. When we returned Cody claimed the screws were already missing. A lie I drive a 2022 that had all the screws. Thank you to Ben who came out and immediately apologized and ordered a new piece and will be fixing my car Friday. Hats off to Ben who made no excuses and blamed no one and took care of the problem thank you

  Supervisor is extremely rude I called because I came to get a wheel alignment and instead they said I needed rear lateral links and said I could not get the alignment til that was done and I took my car to my normal mechanic’s and they said I don’t need that but if I want them to take my money and do them they can so I was just trying to tell the supervisor that who ever looked at my car does not know what there doing and he hung up
