- DDDonnaSep 11, 20262.0QuikTrip often makes fun of their competitors for offering cash incentives on future purchases and trying to make their QuikTrip app look like it's more beneficial to customers but it really isn't. Because when they put offers on their app a good majority of the time they take them right back down long before the expiration date and or they will change them literally within hours of putting them up so you often do not get to use what they put out. They use every excuse under the sun as to why they do this including blaming other companies they work with and blaming inventory but their management should know how to do inventory appropriately to avoid inventory mistakes. It's rather disappointing and ridiculous that they can't get a better system going with their app and their offers to where their loyal customers can actually benefit from utilizing the offers instead of having them dangled in front of them but then taken away before they have the ability to use them. QuikTrip is very unorganized when it comes to their app and offers. I would rather shop their competitors because I know what I am going to get or not get versus the uncertainty that comes with dealing with QuikTrip. QuikTrip is not what it used to be. They could certainly benefit from New Management and even yes potentially new ownership.

- DFDiane FalkoskiAug 25, 20265.0QuikTrip is a great gas station convenience store they certainly know how to take care of business. Food is fresh a welcoming hello the only time I ever had any problems was when I gave the cashier $30 and they did not put it on my card and since I didn't use it at that visit the cashier had stolen it. Well I didn't see that cashier there ever again even though I didn't have to say anything to them. Apparently he got the boot!
