  DANNY. Remember that name. I have engaged with this Penske location on three (3) occasions and have had the absolute best fortune of being assisted by Danny. This fellow is the picture perfect ideal of providing over and above exemplary customer service. Having utilized many Penske, U-haul, etc. locations across the country for my moving needs, I can attest that you will not find a better company representative who is spot on with his knowledge and ever at the ready to aide/assist with your rental/relocation needs. I wish there were more Dannys in the industry. Give this gentleman a raise!!

  Towed in to this Penske because my radiator was leaking. I was given a “Sub” unit that was clean but had no inverter in it. So no coffee, microwave or air fryer power. Service guy was rude. Just leaving me standing in the shop while he went and got someone to look at the truck. Didn’t say wait here while I find someone. Just left me standing, so I just stood there waiting for someone. A tech finally came by and I asked if he could look at my truck and he said he could not. Eventually about 45 minutes later they came out to the truck and diagnosed the problem and did a quick fix on it.
